I use proven therapy techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and many others to help my patients develop themselves and reach their goals. Applying my professional training and clinical skills together with my patients in a supportive environment to explore their struggles, get to the root of problems, and overcome the issues stopping them from living the life they want to live.

Rather than stopping at helping my clients solve their problems, I aim to teach them the skills they need to succeed in their lives independently.
